“The Kevin Moore Presents Score by Score – Rodgers & Hammerstein… show at the Auditorium Theatre was a huge success. Sold out, incredible performances and standing ovations all around! I am looking forward to booking another evening of Kevin Moore Presents… soon.”

Brett Batterson, Executive Director, Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University

“We recently opened our season with Kevin Moore Presents The Best of Rodgers & Hammerstein. The response was so overwhelming that we sold out over a month in advance and had to add a second show. The audience loved the performance and an unprecedented number of people filled out surveys requesting us to book something like this again.  Kevin and the performers are all top-notch professionals. Beckie Menzie at the keyboard and on vocals transcends the concept of ‘good’ and rockets the show into ‘phenomenal.’  Each singer, all very different in style but equally talented, created magical moments throughout the performance.  Not only was the show spectacular, but everyone involved was delightful to work with and absolutely professional from start to finish.”

Tommy Hensel, Executive Director, Moraine Valley Fine & Performing Arts Center

“There is nothing more valuable than a smart, articulate man with a good heart. And, Kevin Moore is just such a person. Kevin is a champion of the arts and committed to the city of Chicago. His broadcasts bring together those two loves, to the benefit of both.”

Ashley Wheater, Artistic Director of The Joffrey Ballet

“Kevin, thank you for the way you do your work—making it all sound to your listeners and your guests more like play. As someone fortunate enough to be interviewed by you over the years, an interview with you always feels more like a kitchen counter chat over coffee than the reality of a broadcasted telephone call. You do your homework with such conscientiousness, and then bring all that to the table with a large dose of empathy, intelligence and humor—how could any conversation with those ingredients be anything but a joy? We (we being the City of Chicago!) are lucky to have you in our midst and on our side.”

Marilyn Halperin, Director of Education and Communications, Chicago Shakespeare Theater

“Kevin Moore Presents Rodgers & Hammerstein…was cabaret Gold. Score by Score scored a home run.”

Carla Gordon, Cabaret Scenes, New York

“It’s an entertainingly unique concept that you all developed.  The behind-the-scenes narrative was extremely interesting and the numbers blew people away, as you saw from the standing ovation.”

Jim Jarvis, Artistic Director, Metropolis Performing Arts Centre

“Personality is the reason that people tune into talk radio format. Kevin Moore is loaded with personality, talent, and a wit and intelligence that his guests and listeners find most appealing. He is a true professional that does his homework and is loaded with enthusiasm for the topics that he chooses to discuss on his show. From booking to execution of the interview, the whole process couldn’t be smoother. He is a dynamic person with loads of charisma and charm!”

Noreen Heron, Noreen Heron & Associates

“Kevin Moore is an outstanding interviewer. He’s authentically positive and supportive and brings out the best in any interview situation. He’s naturally inquisitive and, being a bit of renaissance man in his interests, can talk to anyone about anything in a way that makes it accessible to his listeners and an extremely enjoyable experience for the interviewee.”

Ann Fink, Account Supervisor, Carol Fox & Associates

“Just a note to say thanks for your incisive, entertaining interview with me.  It’s great when people are so well prepared and make it all look so easy.  My wife was listening in and you actually managed to make me seem somewhat intelligent, even to her.  You’re truly a miracle worker.  Great show, great interview, and all of it very professional, all the best.”

Sean Grennan, Playwright

“Radio host Kevin Moore knows Chicago’s live entertainment landscape like the back of his hand. He’s out and about virtually every night catching all of the top shows in town, so he knows of what he speaks. What’s more, he is a fantastic interviewer. He does his homework before every interview, so his radio guests feel he knows their work and thus they open up to Kevin while on-air, which leads to wonderful, enlightening conversations. On top of that, Kevin is a true champion of Chicago’s arts/entertainment scene. He strongly encourages his listeners to get out of their house, buy some tickets and see the plays, concerts and performers he covers on his show. And for that, my clients are always grateful. Thanks Kevin, you da best!”

Jay Kelly, VP, Arts & Leisure Division, LC Williams & Associates

“Kevin Moore shares his deep passion, knowledge and classic Chicago charm for theatre and the arts and as a result his show is a true gem, a smart conversation about Chicago culture.

Anthony Moseley, Executive and Artistic Director, Collaboraction

“Kevin Moore continues the great Chicago tradition set forth by Roy Leonard and Lee Phillip Bell of focusing on The Arts. He is a personable host with interests in theater, music, dance, dining, and literature. Whether it is composers, Academy Award winners Alan and Marilyn Bergman, or singer, Judy Collins, or musician, Chris Botti, Kevin crafts his conversation to be spontaneous, humorous, intelligent, and heartfelt. As a member of the Chicago Art’s community, I have found my experience with the Kevin Moore show to be invaluable. I am grateful to Kevin for his dedication to championing artists on all levels.”

Daryl Nitz, Entertainer, Producer, Director, President of Chicago Cabaret Professionals

“Kevin has interviewed many valued clients of mine over the years! He really loves what he is doing and you can hear it in his interviews. It truly shows that he cares and wants to support Chicagoland’s vibrant arts scene and his show is a great place for my clients to get exposure and recognition for their work.”

Jill Evans La Penna, SHOUT Marketing & Media Relations

“Kevin has a genuine, abiding love and appreciation of the arts which informs his interviews and immediately connects with his audience.  His questions probe deeply into the motivations, development process and performance of the work being examined (in my case Shakespeare) so that the conversation would be interesting to aficionados of the Bard and newcomers alike.  But most importantly, Kevin is a great listener – an attribute found in only the best interviewers.”

Peter Garino, Artistic Director, The Shakespeare Project of Chicago

“Impresario Kevin Moore Presents Score by Score: An Evening of George Gershwin at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre in Arlington Heights.

Rarely – if ever – have I used the word “impresario” in my vocabulary, but the name Kevin Moore needs to be attached to the term impresario.

The definition of impresario is: “a person who organizes, creates, or puts together concerts, plays or operas; analogous to a film producer in filmmaking, television production and an angel investor in business.”

Kevin Moore has very successfully presented these shows before and now he’s doing it again: Kevin and his team of Chicago Cabaret stars are staging this show to celebrate the music of George & Ira Gershwin. They’ll be singing the hits and also sharing the stories of what inspired the Gershwin brothers.

The show will feature songs such as “Embraceable You” and “I Got Rhythm” and “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” and other classics.

During those few times when he’s not an impresario or he’s not performing, Kevin Moore – formerly of WJJG radio – is an award-winning and popular talk show host on WSBC radio.”

Mike Kessler, Chicago Tribune

“My husband John and I loved Kevin Moore Presents Score By Score: An Evening of Andrew Lloyd Webber at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre. Kevin Moore was a charming host, offering smooth transitions between the musical numbers, and he assembled an extraordinary cast. Kevin Moore really knows how to put on a show!”
